Holland, MI - 753 Lincoln Ave has new owners with familiar faces. Paul and Judy Plaggemars, owners of Hotels and Homes Furniture Liquidators, purchased the 17,893 square foot investment property. The fully occupied building is home to The Plaggemars' store and Dollar General which recently signed a lease extension.
Eric Trierweiler and Mark Ansara of Prime Development represented the seller, Mercantile Bank of Michigan. The buyers were represented by Ken Machiela of Coldwell Banker Woodland Holland Office.
